Grave Decorating Policies
Flowers, wreaths and funeral designs will be removed from new graves when, on the
judgement of Roselawn personnel, they have become unsightly.
Only approved bronze vases installed by Roselawn will be installed on the grave space.
Artificial bouquets are permitted in bronze vases year round.
Fresh cut flowers are permitted from March 7th until November 1st during grass growing
season.
Wreaths and artificial decorations may be used throughout the winter months beginning
November 1st. On March 7th of each year, Roselawn shall be cleared of all winter
decorations.
Exceptions to the floral policy will be Easter, Mother's day, Father's Day, and Memorial Day.
Decorations may be placed on the graves the day before the holiday and will be removed by
Roselawn personnel and discarded four days after the holiday.
Glass or ceramic containers or decorations are prohibited on graves. If placed thereon, they
will be immediately removed and discarded by Roselawn personnel.
No planting of any kind in any section or part of the cemetery is permitted unless Roselawn
management gives written permission.
Roselawn assumes NO responsibility for the longevity of fresh cut flowers.
Roselawn will remove all fresh cut bouquets when, in the judgement of Roselawn personnel,
they have become unsightly.
Roselawn is NOT responsible for the theft or damage to any personal property, including
artifacts, personal effects, etc., placed on or near interment spaces or elsewhere in the
cemetery.
Roselawn may remove and discard any items that do not fit the above guidelines.
Roselawn expressly reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice to any Owners, to
adopt new Rules and Regulations and/or Decorating Polices or to amend, modify, or repeal
any section, paragraph, or sentences of these Decorating Policies and/or the Rules and
Regulations.

Only the lettering supplied by Roselawn Memorial Park, cameos, or emblems that meet the
guidelines are permitted on crypts fronts.
Rings with vases for floral decorations are provided with each inscription purchased.
Floral decorations are permitted ONLY in the vases provided. Either fresh cut bouquets or
artificial arrangements are permitted in the Memorial Chapels.
NO floral baskets, planters, or decorations of any kind are permitted on the floor in the
chapels.
Exceptions to the floral policy will be Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, and
Christmas. Anything placed for Easter, Mother's Day, Father's day or Memorial Day will be
left for a maximum of two weeks followings the holiday. Poinsettias placed at Christmas
time will be left until February 28th of the following year, provided they are still in bloom.
Roselawn assumes NO responsibility for the longevity of the fresh cut bouquets.
Roselawn will remove all fresh cut bouquets that have served their purpose.
Roselawn is NOT responsible for the theft or damage to any personal property, including

the removed item for a period of no longer than 30 days. If the item is not claimed within
those 30 days, it will be disposed of.

any section, paragraph, or sentence of these Decorating policies and /or the Rules and
Regulations.
Chapel of Memories Decorating Policies
Only the lettering supplied by Roselawn Memorial Park, cameos, or emblems that meet the
guidelines are permitted on crypts fronts.
Flower vases on crypt fronts are not permitted.
Living plants or fresh cut flowers are welcome and will be left out as long as they enhance the
beauty of the mausoleum.
Artificial plants and flowers are NOT permitted at anytime.
No more that one plant or arrangement will be permitted per entombment at any one time.
Exceptions to the floral policy will be Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial day and
Christmas. Anything placed for Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Memorial day will be
left for a maximum of 2 weeks following the holiday. Poinsettias placed at Christmas time
will be left until February 28th of the following year provided they are still in bloom.
All plants and flowers must be placed on the tables that Roselawn Memorial Park has
provided.
The maximum container size shall be 8" in diameter and 8" tall
The maximum overall height of the arrangement will be 24"
The maximum overall diameter of the arrangement will be 15"
Roselawn will ensure that the plants receive water. Dead growth will be removed from the
plants.
All plants and flowers that have served their purpose will be removed.

the care of the container in which it is planted or placed.
