| From The General Managers Desk Reflecting on my years here at Roselawn and the many improvements that have been made, there is no question that like our own homes the list of things to do is never- ending. I want to assure everyone that we take notice of all the details that need to be attended to. As our park grows in size, the list gets longer and we strive to take care of every item by order of priority and in a timely manner. Roselawn was a memorial park that started with the understanding that everyone was equal. The founders only permitted flat grey stones on the graves to demonstrate that opinion. Today, 81 years later, Roselawn has something for everyone. Roselawn still has graves available in those sections that only permit flat grey granite markers but it also offers so much more. Private mausoleums, public mausoleums, lawncrypts, bronze marker sections, an upright monument section, columbariums for cremated remains and niches for urns within the public mausoleum, a veteran’s section, and an area around the pond to memorialize a family or family member are the additions to the park since its start in 1929. We are always trying to develop options that will fit everyone’s needs. Please take the time to let us know if you are pleased with the park or if there is a concern that you would like us to address. We also would like your ideas regarding additions to the park to meet your needs. Throughout May and June, take advantage of our special pricing for vases and property. Talking to one of our maintenance staff will be financially rewarding to you. So, if you see one of our maintenance crew members please call them over and ask how they can help you. |
